The key of the whole wharf presentation quality is the construction quality of the wharf facing concrete. Case study
is adopted in this paper，certain proportion high strength cellulose fiber is doped into the Wharf facing concrete，the cracking
of the wharf facing concrete have decreased obviously in the process of the regimentation and reinforced management，the
construction quality of the wharf facing concrete have been enhanced.
