抗蚀系数法评价胶凝材料抗硫酸盐侵蚀性能试验研究

摘要:

通过测试以不同胶凝材料配制的胶砂试件在硫酸盐侵蚀试验条件下的抗蚀系数,对胶凝材料的抗硫酸盐侵
蚀性能进行研究和评价。研究结果表明:以90 d作为抗蚀系数法评价胶凝材料抗硫酸盐侵蚀性能的侵蚀龄期较为合
适,提出了抗蚀系数法评价胶凝材料抗硫酸盐侵蚀性能的方法,将胶凝材料的抗硫酸盐侵蚀能力由弱到强依次划分
为“极低”、“低”、“中”、“高”和“极高”5 个等级;硅酸盐水泥的抗硫酸盐侵蚀性能优于普通硅酸盐水泥,但
两者的抗硫酸盐侵蚀能力均很低;矿物掺合料并不总能改善胶凝材料的抗硫酸盐侵蚀能力,但选择合理的掺量,单
掺或复掺矿物掺合料均可大幅度提高胶凝材料的抗硫酸盐侵蚀性能。分析了不同种类胶凝材料的抗硫酸盐侵蚀机理。

By means of testing corrosion resistance coefficient of different cementitious materials under the sulfate corrosion
experimental condition,sulfate resistance of cementitious material and evaluating method are studied. The results show that
90 d is proper corroded age for evaluating sulfate resistance of cementitious material by corrosion resistance coefficient
method,and the evaluating method is put forwarded. Sulfate resistance of cementitious material can be divided into five
classes according to corrosion resistance coefficient evaluating method as followed: “very low”,“low”,“moderate”,“high”
and “very high”. The sulfate resistance of Portland cement is better than ordinary Portland cement,and both of them are
low. Mineral admixture with proper content can improve sulfate resistance of cementitious material largely,but do not always
available to all contents. Sulfate corrosion mechanism of different kinds of cementitious material is analyzed.
