Abstract：This paper describes the structures and characteristic of representative strata in Zhujiang estuary，determines the
representative strata in this area，and discusses the era of strata in accordance with regional data. Based on the study and con原
clusion of the consolidation of cohesive soil，it analyzes and discusses the consolidation of important cohesive soil in Zhujiang
estuary.
