无溶剂超厚膜环氧涂层海洋腐蚀模拟试验研究

摘要:

超厚膜重防腐涂料具有优异的防腐性能以及环境友好的特点,是海洋环境防腐涂料的重要发展方向。文中
介绍了一种新型的无溶剂超厚膜环氧重防腐涂料,测试了涂层的物理性能,并采用海洋腐蚀模拟试验装置对该涂料
以及常用的三种重防腐涂料在海水浪花飞溅区、潮差区和全浸区的耐久性进行了对比研究。结果表明:该涂料具有
优异的物理性能,VOC 含量极低,是环境友好型无溶剂涂料;模拟试验表明浪花飞溅区是海洋腐蚀最严酷的区域,
各涂料在该区域腐蚀最严重,超厚膜环氧重防腐涂料的防腐效果最优,是环氧沥青涂料的理想替代品。

Super-high build epoxy heavy-duty coating has good anti-corrosion performance and is environment-friendly,and
has become an important part of the development in marine heavy-duty coatings. This paper introduces a new solvent-free super
high building (SHB) epoxy heavy-duty coating, and its properties were studied through the test of physical properties,and
makes contrast studies on the durability of this coating and three usual heavy-duty coatings when they are used in splash zone,
tidal range area and submerged zone by the simulation marine corrosion environment experiment. The results show that this
coating contained low VOC is environmentally friendly no-solvent coating. The test shows that the worst corrosion area is splash
zone,every coating in the zone was worst corroded. But the super high building coating was the best. This coating may be a
perfect substitute of tar epoxy coating due to its good performance.
