                                            <正> 一、概述海岸的泥沙输送通常是很多水流分量共同作用的结果,从泥沙之由静止变为运动,或由底部被悬扬来说,短周期的水流分量(即波浪)是主要的,但因这种运动具有往复运动的性质,所以,就泥沙之得以输送来说,则主要靠定常水流,或长周期的水流(即潮流)。根据边界层理论,边界层的厚度δ可表示为: δα(Tν_T)~(1/2) (1、1) 这儿的T为周期运动的水流的周期,通常以秒计;ν_T为涡旋粘性系数,通常以米~2/秒计。方程式(1、1)中的“α”表示式的左部与右部成正比。严格来说,欲使它的左部与右部相等,
