摘要：

文章以FIDIC合同条款在我国高等级公路建设项目中的应用为基础,结合施工中的典型实例,初步探讨FIDIC条款中计量与支付的基本涵义,进一步阐明施工企业在计量与支付方面应注意的基本原则与方法。

Based on the application of the conditions of contract of FIDIC to the construction of highgrade highways in China,the paper explores the basic principle and terms of measurement and payment specified in FIDIC conditions of contract in connection with typical cases of highway construction projects,further clarifying the essential principles and methods in measurement and payment to which a construction firm should pay close attention.
