摘要：

工程船舶若要正常发挥主机功率,关键是提高轮机管理水平。文章从多方面技术要点出发,结合理论分析,提出有效的技术措施和维护技巧。通过实际应用,主机配件的年更换率有了大幅下降,燃油消耗也有所降低。

To normally exert the power capacity of a main engine in working boats,the key is to improve the level of engine management.The paper proposes effective technical measures and maintenance skills from the technical point of view in various aspects and on the basis of theoretical analyses.After the measures and skills were implemented,the annual rate of change of spare parts for the main engine was greatly decreased and the fuel consumption was also reduced to some extent.
